I need to take care of myself

Maybe day after day, I keep saying, “I’m going to lose weight”. However, I never actually say when I’ll start. Unfortunately today isn’t the most appropriate time for that. However, it is appropriate today to reflect on any changes I should make. 

  1. I should stop ‘stealing’ food from the milk bar, especially junk like chips, chocolate, ice cream and even moreso importantly, not after like I’ve showered for bed!
  2. I should actually develop some sort of exercise plan that I can feasibly implement after my exam on the 9th. I don’t think I exactly have enough motivation to “fit” in exercise on top of constantly procrastinated study.
