Weight Loss Update 5

And we’ve just about reached the end of another month already.

Weight loss progress is going very slow. I’m basically in the last few kilos zone, so I  know it’s going to just get tougher. I also had a week where I was extremely busy/stressed/emotional, which meant I turned to comfort food and did not exercise at all.

Consistency is key.

Here’s to a better month in March!
